Shipping Policy

Every Volt & Pine order is packed by hand and shipped from our workshop in Maharashtra by Volt and Pine Enterprises.

Dispatch time

• In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces may take longer; the timeline is confirmed with you before dispatch.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch
• Other locations: usually 5–8 working days after dispatch
• Remote pin codes may take longer depending on the courier network

Delivery charges

• Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,500.
• Orders below ₹1,500 carry a delivery charge of ₹150, shown at checkout before payment.
• Cash on delivery carries a handling charge of ₹25.
• Cash on delivery orders require an advance of ₹150 paid online at checkout; the balance is collected in cash at delivery. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how this advance is treated.

Tracking

Your order status is always visible on the Orders page of your account: Pending → Paid → Shipped → Delivered. Courier tracking details are shared once the parcel is handed over.

Packaging and damage

Lighting is fragile, so every piece is packed with protective material. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Undelivered parcels

If a courier cannot deliver because the address or phone number is incorrect, or nobody is available after repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-delivery charge may apply.

Serviceable areas

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
